In a dry and clean environment with a temperature range of 5°C - 30°C, unopened products can be stored for at least 6 months. After opening, unused products must be sealed and used up as soon as possible.
Precautions
- Due to variations in film types, printing inks, lubricants, surface treatments, equipment process conditions, and packaging structures, it is recommended that users conduct a test and adjust the glue ratio accordingly.
- After opening the original barrel, immediately tighten the lid to minimize contact with air/moisture. The adhesive poured into the glue tank should also have minimal contact with air/moisture. Do not use the adhesive if it is cured and cloudy.
- Strictly control tension, pressure, and the amount of glue applied during operation due to the low initial tack of the solvent-free adhesive.
- The type of ink, ink residue, ink fineness, and other factors can impact the bonding strength and appearance of the composite film. It is recommended to conduct tests before use.
