Product Description

DESCRIPTIONG:
LY-7510 is a formulated polyol blended with blowing agent HCFC 141b and is designed for reaction with PM 2010 - MDI (Diphenylmethane diisocyanate) for the production of discontinuous sandwich panels up to 100 mm maximum thickness. The produced foam from this system have fire behaviour rating B3 grade according to DIN 4102.

B-3 criteria : This system pass DIN 4102 fire standard that presist : Flame height exceed 15 cm before 20 seconds are over & with burning droplets.


TYPICAL PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

HANDLING and STORAGE              

Blend Polyol LY-7510 Series and PU systems should be stored at room temperature below 25ºC in sealed drums.Agitate contents before use particularly after long standing.Precautions should be observed to avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact with the products or its introduction in or near to the eyes.If skin contact occurs all contaminated clothing should be removed and the effected skin area wiped with a cloth or paper towels saturated with ethanol or equivalent solvent followed by washing with soap and water.Goggle or eye shields should be worn when there is a danger of splashing or eye contact.With the exercise of such care LY-7510 Series should not present any undue hazard to health under normal working conditions(Protective clothing and eye protection is recommended when handling Polyol).
