Product Description

It has the characteristics of fast curing, super wear resistance, excellent elasticity, and environmental protection. Using advanced two-component high-pressure airless spraying reaction molding technology, it can be cured instantly and reacts at a high speed, which greatly enriches the application fields of polyurethane products, such as, ground, vehicles, industry and commerce, energy, construction and transportation, etc.. When loading and unloading goods in the compartment of a pickup truck, frequent friction and impact can easily damage the paint film on the inner surface of the compartment, causing it to be severely rusted, and affecting its appearance and service life. After the research and application of the inner surface protection of pickup trucks, the method of spraying wear-resistant elastic coating on the inner surface of the compartment has been recognized. The material can be sprayed directly on the inner surface of the compartment. The one-time film thickness can reach several millimeters. The coating and the car body are closely and firmly attached, which is resistant to wear and impact. The continuous and dense coating has excellent properties of waterproof and corrosion resistance, and can effectively prevent the corrosion by acid, alkali, salt, rain, etc., so that the truck compartment can be effectively protected.

1 Coating composition and film forming mechanism: polyurea coatings are composed of component A and component B like general polyurethane coatings. Component A: Isocyanate semi-prepolymer. Component B: amino-terminated polyether/hydroxy-terminated polyether, polyamine chain extender/polyol chain extender, additives and pigments/fillers, etc.. The main components of the additives include ultraviolet light absorbers (benzotriazole compounds), antioxidants (liquid cation ammonia compounds) and silicone surfactants, etc.Pigments and fillers mainly use titanium dioxide, carbon, iron oxide, etc. Because the coating film has both polyurethane structure and polyurea structure, the wear-resistant elastic coating has not only excellent strength and hardness, but also flexibility and good impact resistance. Isocyanates easily react with water or water in humid air to form amines and carbon dioxide. When spraying, if there is moisture in the material or the environment, the carbon dioxide generated by the reaction will overflow from the coating film, which greatly affects the performance of the coating film, so the moisture must be strictly controlled.
