Description:
PU is the abbreviation of Polyurethane. It is made of rigid PU foam. First mix the two components in the filling machine at high speed; and then inject it into the mold to form hard skin. The formula is fluorine-free and of no chemical controversy. PU series of decorative building materials are environmental decorative products for new century. Only need to simply modify the formula, the clients can get products of different density, flexibility, rigidity and other physical properties.
Product Features:
1. Moth-proof, moisture-proof, mildew-proof, excellent stability against erosion of acid and alkali; not cracked or deformed under weather changes; washable, long service life.
2. Flame retardant, non spontaneous combustion, non supporting combustion; The fire is out when leave the fire source.
3. Light weight, high hardness, good elasticity and toughness; easy to apply; can be sawed, planed, and nailed; can be bent into a variety of shapes; it takes less time than normal gypsum, wood to construct.
4. High diversity: standard color is white, and the product can be colored freely into different styles, such as, gilding, decorating with liquid gold, water washed white, multicolor, antique silver, bronze.
5. Surface pattern is clear and vivid, three-dimensional.
6. Long service life; not easily deformed; surface can be covered by latex paint, oil paint.
