Product Overview
DF102 Single-component Polyurethane Adhesive is moisture-curable. Terminal isocyanate of glue molecular can not only crosslink with moisture, but also form chemical bonds with active hydrogen atom on the surface of the adherend, which increase adhesive strength. This adhesive is convenient to use, curing at room temperature. Increasing the temperature and humidity can accelerate the curing. Curing speed can be adjusted according to consumers' requirements. DF102 One-component Polyurethane Adhesive is of excellent adhesive property to a variety of materials, and of good seepage force, wettability, and temperature resistance.
Product Features
Good temperature Resistance, the adhesive layer still perform well under 220ºC after 30 mins;
Good seepage force; good reinforcing effect to paper, it is always the paper that damage in all tensile fracture;
One-component packaging (convenient to use);
Moderate viscosity (convenient to glue), excellent adhesive property to a variety of materials;
Good tenacity adhesive layer, oil resistance, low temperature resistance;
Environmentally friendly, safe and nontoxic;
Curing at room temperature, temperature and humidity affect the curing time only, does not affect the bonding effect.
Application
a. Used for binding door panel and paper honeycomb when producing security door
b. Used for binding color steel, aluminum foil, gypsum board, cement board, melamine board, pvc board, etc. and materials like paper honeycomb, rock wool, polyurethane panels, phenolic board, glass fiber; high strength, good flame retardancy; for instance, for the production of new wall board with flame retardancy, sound isolation, thermal insulation.
c. Used for bonding metal and metal, metal and nonmetal, nonmetal and nonmetal in industries of rubber, wood, machinery, instruments, etc.
d. Used for production in industries of Automotive, aviation, chemical, decoration, etc. (for instance, pen, brush, bonsai, security door, mirror, lamp base, and silencer)
