Description
LY-4203W is a formulated polyol of polyols,surfactants,catalysts and other additives, which is used preferable for insulation and installation, such as bonding, soundand heat insulation, sealing, filling up crack and gap in reaction with MDI.
Physical and Chemical Property
Characteristic & Usage
Then production is best when processing under temperature -10ºC~+15ºC(winter time).It is good performance on close cell,strong adhesion,more foam expansion times,fine elasticity and dimensional stability.
Package & Storage
Package:200kg/drum
Storage:Avoid direct sun, Stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place, temperature is below +20°C.Shelf life 12months.
Operation Suggestion
Because there is reaction process during filling can,in order to ensure recation activity and fresh,it is suggested to adjust the materials temperature to standard 20ºC before filling can,and keep the reday-made product for 24hours under 20ºC before using.
In the process of filling,the process order is recommended as below:formulated polyol→MDI→SEALING→dimethyl ether→shaking rapidly→LPG→shaking.When adding into polyol and MDI,should seal the cap and fill dimethyl ether at once.And shake well.Then fill the LPG and shake well.When filling each component,the interval time should be as shorter as much,especially under the high temperature and humidity condition.
In order to ensure quality,you'd better do trial test firstly.When trial test ok,begin bulk production.
Under other non-standard temperature condition and technical condition,the product quality will be varied.Please consult us.
