Product description
LY5904A/LY5904B is two-component multifunctional polyurethane adhesive, which can compound various materials and flexible packaging products with different functional purposes by adjusting the different proportions of the main agent and the hardener. It has features of good leveling and wettability, fast solvent release and low friction coefficient. It is resistant to plastic-plastic steaming-boiling below 125ºC, frozen products within -40ºC, semi-steaming-boiling products with aluminum foil at 118ºC, and various aluminum foil structure products below 118ºC.

Applicable structure
Polyester film, nylon film, aluminum foil, PE, CPP, various aluminized films, EVA copolymer and other composite film materials.

In a dry and clean place at 10-35ºC, the unopened adhesive can be stored for 12 months, and the hardener 8 months. After opening the container, the remaining formulated adhesive must be kept tightly closed as soon as possible.
