Product description
LY-6810A and LY-6810B are solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesives, 100% solid content polyurethane adhesives for composite films, suitable for bonding various plastic films.
When the curing temperature of the composite PE film is higher than 40ºC, it will have a great impact on the solvent-free composite film with the inner layer of PE film (especially when PE film thickness is <45μm), and the friction coefficient is likely to increase significantly.
Because the higher the curing temperature, the more intense the molecular motion of the slip agent in the PE film, and the molecular is easy to move to the adhesive layer and react with it to be consumed, which eventually leads to an increase in the coefficient of friction of the composite film. This product can perfectly solve this problem.
