Product Description

PPG based prepolymer
Features & Applications: It is composite material for polyurethane elastomer, consisting of A and B two components. It's cost-effective and featured for low viscosity, energy saving and environmental protection. It is used in the packing of various electrical control machine board. For its short curing cycle, simple curing process, good performance after curing innerstress, good flexibility, and excellent impact resistance, the material can protect electronic components well. It can overcome color change or brittle problem when epoxy resin is used in later period and low temperature.
Generally used in electric products polyurethane poring sealant, and polyurethane shoe material. It has excellent combination property, such as high strength, good wear resistance, aging resistance, low temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance, etc.

Appicaiton
It's specially used in high-end PU leather sole, heel of high-heeled shoes.
