Product Description
LY6812A/6812B is two-component solvent-free polyurethane adhesive for composite films. They are of low odor, high elasticity and fast curing. It is suitable for situations where the smoothness of the film is required.

In a dry and clean environment of 5ºC-30ºC, unopened products can be stored for at least 6 months. Unused products after opening must be sealed and stored and used up as soon as possible.

1. During use, due to the variety of film types, printing inks, lubricants and surface treatments of each user, the process conditions of the equipment and the structure of the packaging will be different. It is recommended that each user conduct a test first and adjust the ratio of glue used appropriately.
2. After the original barrel is opened, if the adhesive is not used up, the lid should be tightened immediately to minimize the contact of the adhesive with air/moisture; the adhesive poured into the glue tank should also minimize the contact with air/moisture. If the adhesive is cured and cloudy, do not use it.
3. Because the initial tack of the solvent-free adhesive is low, the tension and pressure of each section should be strictly controlled during the operation, and the amount of glue applied should be well controlled.
4. The type of ink (polyurethane, acrylic, chlorinated polypropylene, etc.), the type and solvent residue of the ink, the fineness of the ink, etc., have an impact on the bonding strength of the composite film, the appearance of the composite, and the ratio of the adhesive. So test it before using it.
