Product Description
Maintenance of kindergarten rubber runways
I. The purpose of cleaning and maintaining kindergarten rubber floor
1. Improve appearance: timely remove dirt generated during daily use, allowing the elastic floor to fully showcase its extraordinary appearance and natural glossiness.
2. Protect the ground: protect the elastic ground from accidental chemicals, cigarette butts, shoe prints, oil, and water, minimize mechanical wear on the surface, and fully utilize the durability of the ground itself, thereby extending its service life.
3. Convenient care: due to the tight surface structure and special treatment of the elastic floor itself, attention should be paid to daily cleaning and maintenance, which can make the floor easier to care for and extend its service life.
II. Care precautions for kindergarten rubber floor
1. Various dirt on the ground should be promptly removed.
2. It is prohibited to immerse the ground in open water. Although some floors use waterproof adhesive to isolate water sources (such as floor drains, water rooms, etc.), prolonged immersion in water can seriously affect the lifespan of the ground. During the cleaning process, use a water suction machine to drain the sewage in a timely manner.
3. For areas with high pedestrian flow and significant wear, the maintenance cycle should be shortened and the number of times the surface wax is applied should be increased.
4. It is forbidden to use hard and rough cleaning tools (such as steel wire balls, scouring pad, etc.) to prevent sharp objects from colliding with the elastic floor.
5. It is strongly recommended to place foot mats at the entrance of public places with high pedestrian traffic to prevent dirt, sand, and other stains from scratching the flooring.
III. Maintenance methods for kindergarten rubber floor at different stages:
A. Cleaning and maintenance of kindergarten rubber floor after completion/before use
1. First remove any dust or debris from the ground surface.
2. Use a floor scrubber with 3M red grinding discs or similar products to clean at low speed (dilute with universal cleaning agent 1:20 in water and add to the floor scrubber) to remove protective wax, grease, dust, and other dirt from the ground surface. Use a water suction machine to absorb the sewage.
3. Wash with clean water and absorb dry.
4. Apply 1-2 layers of wax as needed.
Cleaning agent: universal cleaning agent, surface wax
Tool: ground grinding machine, red grinding disc, water absorption machine, wax dragging and squeezing machine
B. Daily cleaning and maintenance for kindergarten rubber floor
1. Push or vacuum. Squeeze the "mop dust remover" onto the mop, dry it, and then push the dust.
2. Wet mopping. Dilute the floor cleaning and polishing agent with 1:20 water, and use a semi wet mop to mop the floor. If necessary, a floor scrubber can also be used in conjunction with wash&shine low-speed cleaning.
Cleaning agent: floor mop dust remover, floor cleaning and polishing agent
Tool: Dust push, mop
C. Regular cleaning and maintenance for kindergarten rubber floor
1. Push or vacuum.
2. Dilute the floor cleaning and polishing agent with water at a ratio of 1:20, and then mop the floor or use it in conjunction with a quick polishing machine and a red grinding disc for polishing.
3. Apply 1-2 layers of wax.
4. If necessary, it can be polished with a quick polishing machine and a white polishing pad.
Cleaning agent: floor cleaning and polishing agent, surface wax
Tool: Dust push and grinding machine, red and white grinding discs, water absorption machine, wax dragging and squeezing machine
D. Renovation treatment of kindergarten rubber floor
2. Dilute with wax remover 1:10 and apply evenly to the ground. Wait for 510 minutes, then use a floor scrubber and a red grinding disc to clean and remove the wax at low speed. Timely use a water suction machine to drain the sewage.
3. Wash with clean water and absorb until there is no residual cleaning agent left on the ground.
4. Apply 1-2 layers of wax as needed.
E. Treatment of special dirt on kindergarten rubber floor
1. Oil stains: Part area of oil stains, directly pour the original solution of water-based degreaser onto a towel to wipe; Large area of oil stains, dilute the Weite water-based degreaser at a ratio of 1:10 and use a floor scrubber with a red grinding disc to clean at low speed
2. Black offset printing: Spray cleaning and maintenance wax in conjunction with a quick polishing machine and a white polishing pad for polishing treatment. For long lasting black offset printing, the black offset printing remover can be directly poured onto a towel for wiping treatment.
3. Glue or chewing gum: directly pour the glue remover on a towel and wipe it off.
Detergent: water-based degreaser, cleaning and maintenance wax, black offset printing remover, glue remover.
