Product Description

BLEND POLYOL LY3011

LY-3011 is a formulated polyol for the manufacture of panels with rigid faces in the discontinuous process with low pressure machine. 141b, 365 mfc and pen tane Gase can be used as blowingagent.
It is used in combination with PMDI- ISO3011
This material is suitable to produce panels of thickness 40-200 mm. LY-3011 is self-extinguishing accordance with the ISO 3011 fire testrequirements.
It provides a homogeneous mixing with 'A- side' (PMDI) and high work efficiency with its low viscosity.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Be careful when working with the system, avoid contact with water, do not eat, drink or smoke during work. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and inhalation of vapours.

LY-3011 is a stable material which can be stored in tanks made from conventional materials used for these applications. Storage temperatures should be kept below 40°C and above 20°C to ensure the integrity of the material. It is also recommended that storage vessels and process tanks be blanketed with dry air or nitrogen to prevent uptake of atmospheric moisture.
