Product Overview:
G-tech®B380 is a new type of high-performance joint sealing material, which has the characteristics of natural curing at normal temperature, good aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance, high stability, low modulus, high elasticity, etc. The product has good chemical compatibility with concrete, asphalt concrete and so on, and the bonding is firm. Generally, there is no need for bottom coating treatment. Artificial accelerated climate aging test shows that it has excellent weather resistance and can fully cope with the harsh environment test of high and low temperature and strong ultraviolet of concrete road surface.

Performance advantages:
Easy construction: single component packaging; no mixing is required; no pressurization or heating of power equipment is required; easy to use. The product has good characteristics of fluidity and self leveling. After construction, it does not bulge or bubble, and can be solidified into smooth elastomer without trimming, so as to improve work efficiency.
Environmentally friendly: the product does not contain solvents and volatile substances. It is neutrally and naturally solidified at room temperature, does not release toxic substances, does not contain methanol and heavy metals. The product is environmentally friendly, does not pollute water and soil, and does not corrode the bonded substrate.
Long service life: excellent long-term weather aging resistance, will not be damaged by the influence of sunlight, rain, snow, ultraviolet light and ozone; it has strong corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and is resistant to various chemicals. It has a wide pH tolerance range of 2-12.
Excellent high and low temperature resistance: elastic colloid is formed after curing, which will not become significantly hard or brittle when the temperature is below -60ºC, and can still maintain good elasticity; it does not flow or degrade under the high temperature of +200ºC, and its performance has little change, and its elasticity remains unchanged.
High displacement capacity: it can freely follow the expansion and shear deformation of concrete joints without being damaged.
Extremely low modulus: during passive deformation, a moderate and extremely low stress will be generated to act on the concrete, asphalt and other substrates, so as to ensure that the surface of concrete, asphalt and other materials will not be damaged.
High elasticity and high resilience: it can move with the seam for many times, with fast response and recovery, and very little permanent deformation.
Moderate tack-free time: under normal conditions, the surface is dry for about 40 minutes, which can quickly recover and open the road to traffic.
