The material can be sprayed directly on the inner surface of the compartment. The one-time film thickness can reach several millimeters. The coating and the car body are closely and firmly attached, which is resistant to wear and impact. 1 Coating composition and film forming mechanism: polyurea coatings are composed of component A and component B like general polyurethane coatings. Component A: Isocyanate semi-prepolymer. Component B: amino-terminated polyether/hydroxy-terminated polyether, polyamine chain extender/polyol chain extender, additives and pigments/fillers, etc.. The main components of the additives include ultraviolet light absorbers (benzotriazole compounds), antioxidants (liquid cation am monia compounds) and silicone surfactants, etc.Pigments and fillers mainly use titanium dioxide, carbon, iron oxide, etc. Because the coating film has both polyurethane structure and polyurea structure, the wear-resistant elastic coating has not only excellent strength and hardness, but also flexibility and good impact resistance. Isocyanates easily react with water or water in humid air to form amines and carbon dioxide.
