This adhesive is with high solid content and low viscosity, and has the characteristics of good fluidity, high transparency, and uniform gluing.Due to the different proportions of adhesives, different adhesive amounts, different compounding temperatures and different curing times, we can produce nylon-PE structure boiled bags, vacuum bags, ordinary bags, BOPP-CPP ordinary bags, CPP aluminized-BOPP, PET aluminized-PE, PET-PET aluminized-PE and other structural products.

1. When preparing the adhesive, it is best not to stir with a wooden stick. First use an electronic scale to accurately weigh the adhesive, hardener and ethyl ester; then add the adhesive to an appropriate amount of ethyl ester and stir into a vortex; then add the hardener and stir, and finally pour in the remaining ethyl ester and stir well. After fully stirring, it can be used after filtering through a 300-mesh filter. The filtered adhesive should be sealed with a lid to avoid moisture contamination.
2. The amount of adhesive applied: the amount of adhesive applied (calculated by the amount of dry adhesive g/m2) is one of the main factors affecting the strength of the composite film. The amount of adhesive should be determined according to different materials, printing conditions and purpose of usage.
3.In general, the larger the amount of adhesive applied, the higher the strength of the composite film. If you want higher strength, try to increase the amount of adhesive applied as much as possible.
Working Conditions: The concentration of the working fluid is 25%-40%, and the mesh roller is 100-140 mesh.

LY5905B hardener of high solid content: 4 KG/Drum
In a dry and clean place at 10-35ºC, the unopened adhesive can be stored for 12 months, and the hardener 10 months. After opening the container, the remaining formulated adhesive must be kept tightly closed as soon as possible.
