Indoor and outdoor environmental-friendly silent rubber mats for gym
Product Description
Rubber floor mats are block-shaped products, divided into square and hexagonal shapes according to their shape. Square mats are divided into 50cm square and cm square according to their specifications, with a thickness generally between 1.5 and 2.5cm. They are made of "thermoplastic rubber" and can withstand temperatures of 140 degrees Celsius and low temperatures of -70 degrees Celsius. They are not easily deformed and do not produce reactive odors. The commonly used colors are green and dark line. Just like laying a floor, users can directly lay it piece by piece on a flat and hard ground. You can put sports equipment on it.
Pre laying step: temperature and humidity of the ground
The indoor temperature for laying rubber flooring and the temperature on the ground must be around 15 degrees, and it is not recommended to be below 5 degrees or above 30 degrees. And the relative air humidity should be maintained at 20% to 75% or above. In addition, the base layer of the ground must be kept dry, and the moisture content should be less than 3%. The smoothness of the base layer is also required, and the surface must be kept clean.
Step 2: ground treatment
Before laying, a ground polishing machine should be used to clean the ground, remove stains and uneven areas on the surface, and remove the hollowed surface.
Step 3: self leveling and leveling
Primer (Before applying the primer, the moisture content must be tested and should be below 3%). The primer is used to enhance the close connection between self-leveling and the base layer, playing a bonding and bridging role. According to the instructions, mix the primer thinly and roll it onto the base layer. After the primer has dried, it can start self-leveling. Pour the mixed self-leveling slurry onto the ground, use self-leveling to control the thickness, so that it will flow and level the ground to meet the design requirements; If the design thickness is less than 4mm, a specialized serrate scraper must be used for batch scraping. After the construction is completed, please immediately close the site and prohibit walking within 10 hours. Avoid heavy object impact within 20 hours. After 1-2 days, the rubber floor can be laid.
Step 4: laying rubber floor mat
After the rubber floor is transported to the site, it should be left on site for more than 24 hours, which is a memory restoration of the raw materials of the rubber floor, and its temperature should be consistent with the temperature of the construction site. Before the construction of rubber floor mat, the self-leveling surface should be polished. The general requirement is to polish the self-leveling surface to a large area of floodlight, exposing a solid surface.
