Introducing BY1012, a revolutionary polyurethane (PU) coating resin designed specifically for controlled-release fertilizer films. With its adjustable soft and hard segments, BY1012 offers exceptional film-forming capabilities through in-situ reaction, eliminating the need for solvents and ensuring excellent mechanical properties and controlled release properties.

Developed and produced by ZIBO GUIDE NEW MATERIALS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., BY1012 is a solvent-free degradable PU coating material that combines over ten years of research and development experience in polyurethane resin with the latest advancements in polyurethane coating fertilizer. Through copolymerization and other modification methods, the film strength, water resistance, and process adaptability of the degradable materials have been significantly enhanced.

BY1012's thin film thickness achieves the desired slow release effect required for optimal crop growth. With a coating amount of just 2-3%, it can provide a slow release period of over 50 days, meeting the micro solubility and initial solubility requirements set by the European Union.

When stored under the specified conditions, the product comes with a one-year warranty from the date of production.
