Blend Polyol LY-3183 Series for Pipe Shell Insulation

LY3183/shell is a two-components closed-cell polyurethane foam system. This product is premixed with Pentane as foaming agent.It can be applied to pipe shell thermal insulation.
It does not contain any physical blowing agent, therefore the addition will be done before foaming the product.

Handling and Storage
LY 3183/shell should be protected from moisture by keeping containers sealed when not in use. Drums have to be stored indoors to protect the material from water ingress, frost and direct heat from the sun. Under temperature conditions and in properly sealed containers ,the storage life of the polyol is 6 months.
The optimum storage temperature should be 10-30ºC.
