Product Overview
DF241 Two-component Polyurethane Adhesive is internationally recognized as one of the environment-friendly adhesives, whose formula is solvent-free and odor-free.
Application
Used for binding foam plastic, aluminum honeycomb, paper honeycomb, etc. and metal materials (for instance, iron, aluminum, stainless steel); also can be used for arbitrarily cross-binding among concrete, wood, hard PVC plastic, rubber and plastic, ceramics, rigid foam materials, thermal insulation plate , and various composite plates, etc.
Product Features
It can be cured at room temperature, also cured with heat; volume do not change before and after curing; after curing it has good strength and tenacity; curing parameters can be adjusted by adding a catalyst; adhesives have good adhesion to a variety of materials, with excellent features of impact resistance, peel resistance, vibration fatigue resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance.

Operation Guides and Precautions
1. The surface of target material should be kept clean and dry, when there is water or oil, the adhesive parameters will change, and bonding strength decrease.
2. First stir component A evenly, then mix component A with component B evenly by recommended ratio; control the consumption according to the actual demand.
3. Evenly spread the mixed glue to the target surface with serrated scraper, wait for a while, and cover the glued-surface by evenly pressing; hot-pressing can increase the curing speed.
4. When cold-pressing, keep pressure at 5kg/cm2 for 3-6 hours; when hot-pressing, the temperature shall not exceed 85 ºC.
