Classification of rubber floor mats
1. Rubber floor mat
The specifications of rubber floor mats are generally 1300px square and 2600px square, with a thickness generally between 1.6 and 63.5px. They are made of "thermoplastic rubber", resistant to high temperatures of 150 degrees Celsius and low temperatures of -60 degrees Celsius, not easily deformed, and have no odor. The commonly used colors are green and dark line. Just like laying a floor, users can directly lay it piece by piece on a flat and hard ground. You can put sports equipment on it.
2. Plastic runway
The plastic runway is laid in shape, with a thickness generally between 1.8-48px. It is made of "thermoplastic rubber" and can withstand high temperatures of 150 degrees Celsius and low temperatures of -75 degrees Celsius. It is not easily deformed and has no odor. The colors and patterns are mainly achieved by shapes and colors, so they are relatively colorful, but also of higher requirements.
The maintenance of rubber mats is a bit simpler. Let's talk about the maintenance of plastic runways:
(1) Plastic runways, suitable for regular sports shoes, training shoes, rubber canvas shoes, or soft rubber shoes.
(2) All vehicles are prohibited from driving on the plastic track, and mechanical impact and friction should be avoided on the plastic track.
(3) The edge of the plastic runway should be protected and should not be peeled off arbitrarily. If there is any damage, it should be repaired in a timely manner.
(4) The plastic runway shall not be exposed to solvents and chemicals.
(5) Keep it clean and can be rinsed with water. Oil stains can be wiped with 10% or detergent.
(6) It is prohibited to throw cigarette butts, gum or sweetened beverage.
Installation method of colored rubber floor mats
1. Before laying the floor, it should be suitable for the ambient temperature (consistent with the temperature of the base floor). During the laying and natural drying process of the adhesive, significant temperature changes should be avoided.
2. Apply adhesive evenly on the base layer ground and the back of the floor to be laid. When the adhesive is about to dry, align it one by one and use a rubber hammer to compact it. If there is adhesive contamination on the floor surface, it should be immediately removed.
3. If the edges and corners of the laid floor are not aligned, hollow area bulges, or edge rise, and correction or re laying is required, it must be carried out before the adhesive dries thoroughly.
4. After the laying work is completed, as the adhesive is not yet in the natural drying process, the wet cleaning work must be carried out after the adhesive has dried thoroughly (approximately 48 hours) before proceeding.
